That's just how GT makes it look
If you have a ps3 along with your 360, have BOTH systems pulled to HDMI and the ps3 RGB turned on.
In fact, ever since it became public knowledge that GT doesn't play the ps3 footage at full spec I've made my own comparisons
I've made past comparisons and GT makes games look drab on ps3. Of course, I can't compare anymore since I don't even have a 360 anymore. I used to just download demos of the same games to compare
Fair enough, compared to most sites, they do have the best quality videos. But the quality of their videos isn't the issue
After all the BS gametrailers pulled you STILL use them for comparisons?
And as usual, they turned off the full RGB on the ps3 version. That much I know they do for a fact because back when I still had a 360, I used to download the same demos of both versions of games (ps3 and 360) and literally click my tv from one game to another.
I say that because you'd have to be dumb as rocks to NOT know skate 2 was gonna be for the ps3 and 360
When I had a 360 I remember trying to play street fighter 2. My hand NEVER hurt from playing a fighting game until I used that controller. I even had to fight just to pull off fireballs with ryu.
That's why they wanted to bring yakuza 2 to the states. But they want to maximize the $$$ they can get from yakuza 2 first.
If they bring out yakuza 3 too soon after part 2, they run the risk of overshadowing and possibly even losing money from the lack of money gained from yakuza 2.
But they want to bring it over for completion sake as well lol
But that goes for any form of media
Just the way most of us of the 80's remember the transformers or voltron as being the greatest, by time kids get to our age, they'll be saying stuff like pokemon or naruto being the greatest.
But a lot of these gaming sites are indeed owned by higher corporations.
Just the way Gamespot is owned by Cnet. If you have an opinion that causes advertisement and/or spites your particular corporation's investors, the employee takes the brunt.

If a game is hyped up, then it's EXPECTED to be good...
Look at what happened to Jeff Grettsman when a review was honest.
They do have families to feed after all.

But I don't see how they copied call of duty's gameplay. Last I remember, you shoot and kill people in ANY fps game. Unless I'm missing something, that IS the gameplay.

The only thing they copied is the scope on the main gun.
As for the color and atmosphere, that's how the helghan world is MEANT to look. If you played killzone 1 and saw the introduction and the story of game you'll know what I mean
Sounds like my kind of game. Assuming it has a fair amount of levels of course.
If it's the same number of levels as Killzone 1 then I'm sold
Actually, I was sold on this game LONG ago.
ps3 version will be the only console version. Battle Fantasia is the one that's shared with the 360.
If anyone has a jap account, I suggest trying out battle fantasia.
